MACHINE APPLICATION:
Numerically controlled toolmaker's milling machine is a universal production means suitable for a chip machining of small shape intricated parts in piece and batch production. It allows high accuracy of machining. New control system TNC 124 facilitates steering of 3 axes in rectangular coordinates. Apart from this, the system has 1 unsteering axis with measuring too. Programming is made in dialogue Heidenhain. The memory makes placing of 20 programmes with 2000 NC lines possible. TNC 124 regulates drilling of opening in circle, in line, with graphical support and deep drilling. System can correct radii and lengths for 99 tools.
